This bedtime chart (free, customizable download!) was game changing for my son. 

I was surprised that it made such a difference… but it did! It helped create routine and expectation, build independence, encourage compliance, and made it fun… making bedtime so much easier for me! (You can use a little bit of that, I suspect 😁)

☁️ REC: Make cloud dough! ½ cup conditioner + ½ cup corn starch (+ food coloring), mix and enjoy.
